Arabica plants grow here in a limited quantity in an entirely natural way with minimal human intervention. The ripe coffee berries are then picked and individually sorted by hand. The result is a palette of aromas and scents with intense notes of jasmine and a typical aftertaste of dates and honey with hints of citrus and ripe cherries.
