Kafa is the mother of all coffees. Wherever in the world, all plants of the species Coffee Arabica are descendants of Kafa plants from the mountain rain forests of southern Ethiopia. Arabica plants grow here in a limited quantity in an entirely natural way with minimal human intervention. The ripe coffee berries are then picked and individually sorted by hand. The result is a palette of aromas and scents with intense notes of jasmine and a typical aftertaste of dates and honey with hints of citrus and ripe cherries. Its limited quantity, incomparable quality and exclusive aromas make Kafa a 'reserve' in its own right. Kafa is coffee as coffee is meant to be and arguably the best coffee in the world.
