What equipment do you need to make a Chili Con Caffè?

• Glass 35cl
• Shaker
• Cocktail strainer

Tip from our barista: No scale available? Consider a leveled dessert spoon of cocoa powder to be approximately 5g.

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients along with three ice cubes in the shaker.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Fill the glass with even more ice cubes.
4. Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass using a cocktail strainer.
5. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
