Tip from our barista: Prepare the ristretto in advance, sweeten it, and then store it in the refrigerator to make the coffee cream in the shaker more convenient.

Instructions

1. Shake a ristretto with sugar and ice cubes vigorously in the shaker.
2. Froth the milk.
3. Pour the frothed milk into the glass, filling it to about 2/3 of the height.
4. Finish by adding the coffee cream.
