Before you start working with Lavazza, you and your employees will be trained in making the best and most delicious on-trend coffee specials. You will be trained by our baristas, who are certified at the headquarters in Italy and receive annual training there. With the knowledge gained at the training center, you ensure the quality of the coffee and stay up-to-date with new concepts and innovations. Experience shows that this is greatly appreciated by guests, often in the form of a second cup of coffee.
