    Galleria

    Taste the sweet and sophisticated aroma of the cafés in the heart of Milan. A 100% Arabica blend with hints of honey and raisins. The Galleria is a blend of Cereja Apassita and natural Brazilian Arabica, sourced from Rainforest Alliance-certified farms. This is a label for working conditions, environment and conservation for products from areas where rainforest grows. By doing so, we support coffee-producing communities and coffee plantations.

    Canal Grande

    With hints of chocolate and almond, Canal Grande takes you on a stroll through the alleys of Venice while letting you experience all the sensations of the cafes in the city of water. Canal Grande is an exceptional blend of natural Central American Arabica, washed Robusta varieties sourced from Asia and fermented Robusta such as Indian Kaapi Royale and Java.

    Trastevere

    Discover the unique personality and distinctive flavours of central Italy. With hints of dark chocolate and hazelnut and a full body. Travestere is a refined blend of fermented Robusta, washed Robusta from Asia and natural Arabica from Central America.

    Coffee fermentation

    Fermentation is a natural reaction that takes place in pulped coffee beans when combined with yeasts. Sugars then break down and impart exotic flavours to coffee, similar to what happens in the wine process. The fermentation process adds fruity notes and creates distinct flavours in coffee. Lavazza's approach is that fermentation temperature and time are strictly controlled for up to 72 hours to ensure proper flavour development. And what does it add to the coffee? It enhances the aromatic complexity of coffee by adding extra sweetness, body and a sweet vinous aftertaste.
