It always grinds the coffee beans fresh, fast and with full aroma retention. The variable brewing group with a capacity of 5 to 16 g always ensures ideal preparation conditions. The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®) developed by JURA optimises extraction time, as the hot water is forced through the coffee powder in regular pulses at rapid intervals for ristretto and espresso.
