You might be interested in offering an iced coffee in addition to traditional coffees. To this end, Lavazza has developed its own recipe for preparing Cremespresso in a simple way. For this, we can supply a dessert mix and you will get a cremespresso machine on loan from us. Cremespresso is a reinterpretation of the traditional Genoese ‘panera’, invented about 150 years ago. This is a fresh, creamy coffee sorbet which is easily prepared in a granita mixer with 1.5 litres of whole milk, 0.5 litres of whipped cream, 15 espressos and special Lavazza Sorbetto mix. The Cremespresso will keep for 5 days after preparation and contains about 50 servings of 60ml. The granita blenders are also on loan from Bluespresso. Cremespresso is perfect for dressing up the coffee menu even more and generating additional sales. Perhaps these can be discussed again at a later stage but we would recommend offering the Lavazza Cremespresso at the start.
