Recovery of coffee plantations in Colombia

Colombia, Meta - The region that is home to one of the world's best beans, and where coffee cultivation has been interrupted for a long time by armed conflict between the government and guerrilla groups. Thanks in part to the La Reserva de ¡Tierra! project, the plantations have been restored to their former glory.

Hints of tropical fruit combined with the scent of lime peel and jasmine flowers, with a sweet liqueur-like aftertaste. The coffee is roasted slowly, delicately and gently thanks to the traditional drum system that preserves the aromas and ensures a long-lasting flavour.
